Ministudy Skills for Innovation available online!
One of our ministudies is about “Skills for Innovation”. Throughout July and August, the Innogrips team at Manchester worked on the development of a ministudy on the theme of ‘Skills for Innovation’. The study was designed as a seeding document for the INNO-Views policy Workshop that took place in Glasgowon 27th and 28th September. This is a topic that is moving centre stage, with the widening recognition – at both business and policy levels – that the competitiveness of Europe is linked intimately to (a) the region’s innovation performance, and (b) the continuous development and renewal of the skills and competences of its citizens.
On Mini-Study: Innovation Skills
This Mini Study will aim at identifying:
- Skills required for innovation, creativity, design?
- Sociological issues inherent to this subject such as the role of women, etc.
- The importance of dialogue in open innovation,
- How can policy makers impact motivation skills and creativity?
Please share your thoughts, views, etc. here .. :-)
